Capstone Preparation
Why This Matters
This is the final week before your Level 3 gate submission. Everything from Platform Mastery through Advanced AI Integration now comes together in one manuscript — the highest bar in the program, and the last one standing between you and Certified Master Speaker.

Suggested pace: about a week. This lesson works best across a few short sessions, not one sitting — write today, come back and revise in a day or two, then rehearse once more before you submit. Real progress comes from returning to the same skill more than once, rested, not from cramming it all in at once.
This Week's Exercise
Day 1–2 Start Here — Reflect
Before your three structured passes, read the whole manuscript once simply as a listener, no red pen — the same way you did back in Level 2's Manuscript Lab. Notice how differently it lands now, several weeks later.
Day 3 Draft & Rehearse
Read your full manuscript once for structure only, once for evidence and argument only, and once for voice only — three separate passes, three separate lenses.
Return to your Week 1 platform outline (stakes, case, turn, charge) and confirm the final draft still honors that shape, even after six weeks of revision.
Deliver the speech aloud, in full, at least once before submitting — at 10 minutes and this level of stakes, nothing replaces hearing it end to end.
Submit to the Level 3 gate. Whatever the result, you now hold a complete body of coached, revised, deliberately built work — that itself is the real outcome of this curriculum.
Day 4–5 Go Deeper & Rehearse Once More
Go back to the outline you wrote in Week 1 (stakes, case, turn, charge) and lay it directly next to your final draft. Where they've diverged, ask whether the divergence is growth or drift — not every change over the weeks was necessarily an improvement.
Day 6 Before You Move On
Does my final draft still honor the shape of my original Week 1 outline?
Did I complete all three separate passes — structure, evidence, and voice — not just one combined read?
Did I deliver the full speech aloud, start to finish, before submitting?
Day 7 Coach's Note — Quintilian: The orator we are forming is not merely one who speaks well, but one who has become, through long and honest practice, someone worth listening to. That is the whole aim of this training — not the certificate, but who you had to become to earn it.
